We are a collaborative team of creative and passionate product managers, working with customers to design and build the technology that powers applications that you love like Airbnb, Netflix, Uber, and many more.We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to help define new features and solutions for S3 customers. As Product Managers we represent the voices of customers from around the world on the S3 team, and we strive to ensure that our team reflects the diversity of the customers that we interact with and represent.In this position, you'll do these things:Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories through frequent and direct contact with customers & partnersCollaborate with other product managers, software development managers, and engineers to define, execute, and roll-out featuresBring services/features to market, including running beta programs, collaborating with product marketing, working with industry analysts, etc.Present current solutions and the roadmap to customers, including at conferences and executive briefingsPartner with the leadership team to set the strategy for S3Key job responsibilitiesIn this role you will work closely with our existing customers to help make them successful, you will help new customers to discover the benefits of Amazon S3, and you will launch features that improve the service.A day in the lifeA day in the life of a PMT includes close collaboration with customers, engineers, senior leaders, and fellow product managers. Your focus will vary over the course of a typical year but usually entails a mix of work on launched features and those still in development. You'll look at key trends of existing features and implement plans to grow awareness and engage directly with customers. For new features you'll work with account teams and customers to develop an in depth knowledge of their needs. You'll then partner with engineering to define and develop the feature.About the teamThe S3 PM team is extremely collaborative, with regular team meetings, peer document reviews, brainstorming sessions, and fun events.
