Amazon Sr Product Marketing Manager, US Prime, US Prime in Seattle, Washington

Description

Since launching in 2005, the US Prime membership program has made life easier and more enjoyable for millions of members in the US and been a key driver of Amazon's rapid growth across a wide range of business units. As we continue to invest in the Prime program in the US, we are looking for a customer-obsessed product marketing manager to own go to market strategies in support of our efforts to make the world's largest membership program more relevant for the next generation of US Prime members.

Key job responsibilities

  • Define and own go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Prime products and programs

  • Collaborate with channel marketing teams to ensure seamless GTM execution

  • Identify test and learn strategies that drive scalable impact and incorporate into GTM planning cycles

  • Develop use cases for internal tools and platforms that support scaling marketing initiatives

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

  • Ability to partner cross-functionally, lead through influence, and work with a wide range of stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA

  • Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior leaders

  • Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in fast-paced, environments

  • Creative thinker with a passion for developing and delivering big ideas for our customers

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously in a fast-moving, dynamic environment

  • Ability to successfully navigate ambiguity, drive prioritization, and invent scalable process mechanisms

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
