We are seeking a talented Sr. Product Marketing Manager to lead our channel marketing efforts, with a primary focus on our flagship annual conference, Accelerate. This role will be responsible for managing all paid and organic channel activities, driving in-person attendance, leading segmentation and targeting strategies, and boosting virtual/digital engagement before, during, and after the event. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns, especially through digital channels. You will be expected to think and act both strategically and tactically, from creating comprehensive marketing plans to executing them effectively. Identify and leverage new digital channels (SEO, SEM, Google search, Display ads, paid social, Email) to drive event awareness and attendance. Initiate test campaigns, lead experimentation roadmaps, and conduct A/B testing to improve channel effectiveness continuously.

• Create high-quality, engaging content and communications for various channels, including search, emails, paid search, display ads, and others. Ensure consistent brand messaging and voice across all marketing touchpoints while tailoring content to different audience segments.

• Define and report on channel success metrics, working with BI and analytics teams to establish comprehensive reporting dashboards. Set, track, and report on performance metrics, contributing to period reporting (XBRs). Analyze campaign results, synthesize learnings, and make data-driven decisions to prioritize future marketing initiatives.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, technology, and other marketing teams to identify new opportunities and integrate campaigns effectively. Partner with broader teams (e.g., PR, Public Policy) to execute campaigns and programs that drive excitement for key product/service launches and community-building experiences. Partner across key partner teams to build marketing collateral and channel support to awareness and participation.

• Formulate email communication strategies, design, implement, and launch targeted email campaigns to drive awareness and engagement for Accelerate and other events. Analyze email campaign results and optimize performance using a data-driven approach.
