Amazon Pay is seeking an experienced product marketing professional to own the development, execution, and measurement of high-impact marketing and sales content, that will help merchant-facing teams connect our offering to their customers’ needs. The Sr Product Marketing Manager has a deep understanding of our product, priorities and business customers segments and needs, and can translate multiple inputs and data into a marketing content strategy and messaging framework that is cohesive globally and relevant regionally. They will develop new and compelling foundational marketing contents and assets that will be used by sales and marketing teams globally, evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and contents and make data-driven decisions on how to evolve our messaging and content. The successful candidate is a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and navigating cross-functional stakeholders, with strong attention to detail, and who strives in a fast-paced environment.

Key job responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a scalable product messaging framework with relevant segments and regional angles. Collaborate with Product and Regional Leadership and Marketing teams to understand and incorporate compelling selling points and make relevant regional adjustments.

• Identify and create compelling audience-focused sales and marketing collateral, playbooks, and case studies that help sales and marketing teams drive value-based conversations and campaigns.

• Originate new content to create compelling product marketing foundational assets for demand generation and lead nurture. Drive the recruitment and development of case studies and identify first- and third-party research that help reinforce the benefits of Amazon Pay for our target audiences

• Design, track, and report on metrics that evaluate the effectiveness of sales enablement content

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience creating and managing complex, cross-team project plans

Preferred Qualifications

  • Comfortable with ambiguity - able to establish strategic direction and execute effectively in a global, matrixed organization

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
