This role will partner closely with CE leadership and central/cross-functional teams to deliver on high-impact initiatives to further scale and grow the Apple business on Amazon across multiple categories and product families. In this role you will be expected to flex both analytical skills and creative muscles as data is leveraged daily to inform and measure business impacts. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, endlessly curious, detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of dealing with ambiguity and scoping new areas, and comfortable working with teams, vendors, and leadership. Our environment is fast-paced, and requires someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with multiple teams, vendors, partners, and management.The Senior Product Manager Role is at the center of business and technology and will be responsible for owning Product Strategy for the Wireless Customer Experience (CX), while partnering with a high performing category management, vendor management, tech, and finance team. We are seeking a seasoned business leader with a broad skill set which demonstrates analytical horsepower, excellent business judgment, and strong product and program management skills. Your past experience should highlight your focus on putting the customer first, your ability to strategically work with partner teams to achieve the best customer experience, and your aptitude to ensure those changes have a positive business impact.The ideal candidate should have experience in business development, and strategic planning. This position will own a critical piece of the CE business and be instrumental in driving growth while improving the end customer experience. This position requires an individual who can work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. You must also possess strong analytical acumen and be comfortable analyzing qualitative anecdotes, using SQL to deep-dive quantitative metrics, and structuring customer feedback to inform decisions. Your ability to use this data to problem solve and manage multiple priorities effectively and efficiently is required. Strong communication skills (both oral and written) are critical.Specific responsibilities of this role include:1. Develop a thorough understanding of the Wireless products , seasonality and global business trends/events, and continually monitor competitor/industry developments.2. Work closely with Category Leadership on planning and business strategy, drive best-in-class CX, and maximize unit and sales growth through timely analysis and action.3. Be comfortable getting hands dirty to deliver a set of business and CX improvement results.4. Manage the product and feature launches in terms of setting goals, identifying trends, and addressing issues that impact CX and sales.5. Create program objectives and key results, track their progress, and manage through obstacles to achieve business objectives.6.
