Your prioritization decisions are well-reasoned and customer-based* Work closely with our technical team: You bring crisp, clear requirements to our engineers and are fully engaged in technical discussions. In addition, you partner well with our Amazon Fulfilment technology partners.* Continuously drive forward progress: You are excellent at creating buy-in for your product vision and decisions. You keep stakeholders aligned and you proactively tackle blockers. When the path forward is ambiguous, you drive toward clarity while exercising concrete judgement* The successful candidate must possess solid problem-solving fundamentals, excellent attention to detail, a strong sense of end-to-end ownership, and superb verbal/written communication skills.Basic Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, math, or related technical disciplines* 5+ years' experience delivering successful consumer facing products, or developing businesses, preferably in a technical field* Demonstrated ability to define, plan, deliver and measure products with a growing scope or complexity* Technical fluency: comfortable with understanding and discussing technology concepts and how they impact stakeholder needs* Ability to deal with ambiguity and manage multiple priorities* Ability to balance multiple types of data with solid intuition* Experience working with, engaging, and influencing multiple cross-functional teams and leaders* Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to explain assumptions, recommendations, and impact, ideally using SQL, TableauAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
