Amazon Sr. Product Manager, US Prime in Seattle, Washington

Description

Since launching in 2005, the US Prime membership program has made life easier and more enjoyable for millions of members in the US and been a key driver of Amazon's rapid growth across a wide range of business units. We are looking for a customer-obsessed product leader that works backwards from the customer to identify opportunities and influence / build a product roadmap that will grow our US Prime business. This PM will become an expert in the business as it relates to customer retention and an expert in the customer (through data and insights developed with partner teams). To accomplish this you will need to successfully manage tech, science, and marketing stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities

Use customer data and insights to grow the Prime member base through product innovation.

Own and drive the end-to-end lifecycle of US products or features.

Use product performance data post launch to drive our product-related decision making.

Track, optimize, and report to senior leadership on product performance.

Partner with WW Prime and DiscoTech to launch products and features that solve customer problems or improve the Prime experience.

About the team

US Prime is responsible for working backwards from US customers to grow the size and engagement of Prime membership in the US. We work with WW Prime and Benefit Partners to ensure products under development will address the needs and barriers of US customers and enable us to unlock new sources of growth. We are responsible for managing US-specific products, marketing, and business development. We are part of the US Retail organization as well as the extended WW Prime team.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • 2+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years business analyst experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
