We’re seeking a passionate and collaborative technical Product Manager to join our Certification and Developer Experience Team. Our charter is to help developers grow successful businesses with Alexa, delivering high quality devices to give customers confidence in their certified purchases.

We are looking for a seasoned, data savvy, product manager to drive our 3P partner quality product strategy. You will own developing scalable product solutions to support partners in understanding the customer experience their devices are delivering with Alexa and will support them in making improvements. You have strong communication skills both written and verbal. You excel in stakeholder management and earning trust across all levels and teams. You are able to put on a developer hat and understand their pain-points, able to work together with them to deliver flawless experiences for our shared customers.

Key job responsibilities

•Own defining the 3p Partner Quality strategy and product roadmap

•Deliver PRFAQs, BRDs and working backwards documents to align teams on strategy and deliver

• Lead the vision, definition, and delivery of SH Partner Quality, to deliver best in class CX, customer loyalty, engagement and revenue growth.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, legal, UX design, and business stakeholders, to define and execute a product roadmap to deliver upon these features and experiences.

• Constantly make ruthless roadmap prioritization decisions. Anticipate and make tradeoffs, balancing between customer and business needs vs. technical constraints.

• Work back from our customers by learning from their feedback, behavioral measurements, and other data sources to craft better experiences and ensure we are building the right features over time.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze metrics to measure the impact of personalized search experiences, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization.

• Communicate effectively with partners and senior leadership, including both technical and non-technical audiences, to present new product ideation, product strategies, progress updates, and business recommendations to drive alignment and create a buy-in for Partner Quality initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with end to end product delivery

  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

  • Experience managing technical products or online services

  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight

  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
