This includes finding inventive ways to scale the business, which will be critical for AWS to continue its incredible growth.The WWRO SandP team is looking for a results-driven, customer-focused, and innovative Sr. Product Manager to drive the development and launch of a high priority product consisting of a web-based sales planning platform. This is a custom built, enterprise grade web application with a fully funded engineering team and a multi-year product roadmap.You will lead key work streams such as roadmap development, stakeholder and customer engagement, business requirements management, leadership reviews, user testing, and launch strategy and execution. You will work with Engineering teams, Global Sales Operations, and other Application Owners across the WWRO organization. You will also be responsible for scoping other problem or opportunity areas, including PR/FAQ development, and will have the ability to lead these projects end to end.Specific responsibilities include:* Collaborate with and influence key stakeholders from Global AWS Sales and Sales Operations teams and other System and Application teams across WWRO. * Lead document development for leadership reviews.* Define and management product roadmap.* Capture, document, and communicate business requirements.* Translate requirements into features and user stories. Ensure technical team understanding of requirements.* Manage technical build against business requirements.* Own project status updates to customers, stakeholders, and leadership.* Plan and conduct user testing.* Develop and execute launch plan (communications, training, user resources, etc.)* Drive change management and adoption of solution across AWS Sales and Sales Operations* Manage post-launch activities (user support, new feature development, etc.)* Establish KPIs, identify gaps, and improve performance and adoption of the platform.* Deep dive problems or opportunity areas and propose solutions to address.* Generate new ideas to drive improvement, efficiency and automation across AWS Sales that will enable AWS to scale and grow.In this role, you will:* Engage with systems that are at the cutting edge of technology, pioneering new methods and approaches to delivering software, serving customers, and enabling large, distributed, worldwide sales teams.* Design new products and capabilities that enable business users to operate more effectively, intelligently, and efficiently* Work closely with engineering and other technical product/program managers to define, build, drive and measure mechanisms to enable our field sales teams* Work directly with other product teams and business leaders to identify opportunities to improve WWRO CRM's products, tools, data, analytics, and reporting offerings* Leverage strong communication skills and a passion for using data and software to drive business decisions at scaleWe have a team culture that encourages innovation and we expect team members and management alike to take high degree of ownership for their program vision and execution of ideas.
