Amazon Corporate LLC Sr. Product Manager - Tech, Event Platforms Lead, AWS Global Demand and Operatio in Seattle, Washington
Global Product Manager, Event Platforms sought to join the fast-growing Amazon Web Services (AWS) Global Demand & Operations team. Events are one of the most important ways that we grow, connect and inspire the Amazon Web Services (AWS) customer community. We are looking for a Product Lead who will help us raise the bar on our virtual and in-person events and enhance business productivity by supporting operational processes, procedures and documentation. As a Sr. PM on our team, you will own programs that drive business outcomes with stakeholders across different business and engineering teams, especially around demand generation, events, marketing and sales. This role drives the end-to-end design, strategy and roadmap, implementation plans and documentation to support high volume of virtual and in-person events. You are the key owner of virtual and in-person events technology (e.g. GoTo Webinar, Webex, SplashThat) in identification and validation of user requirements, aligning all systems teams to a common roadmap and deliver best in class processes and product to your customers. You are responsible for organizing and coordinating the work of several teams within marketing to ensure technology and processes and products are reliable for large volume of customer events. You assist the organization in developing complex, yet easy to understand programs accompanied by robust documentation and training. You will work cross-functionally with AWS Legal, AWS Security, and vendors to ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies. This role will develop inventive solutions to drive best practices in marketing automation, enable lead management enhancements, manage vendor relations and security reviews, and lead the reporting and analytics used to consistently refine and improve sales and marketing programs. Key job responsibilities * Work with stakeholders to determine and document their requirements/use cases, then convert into documented technical specifications and solutions * Work with vendors and security team to ensure technical, legal, finance requirements are filled * Implement technical solutions, including leading the development and coordinating with larger technical teams * Lead change management, support and training for end users * Anticipate and proactively manage risks, and escalate appropriately Inclusive Team Culture Here at AWS, we embrace our differences.
