We are looking for an experienced product manager that thrives by creating high-bar product, operations, and engineering cultures. You will be critical in transforming operations teams by building products to revolutionize their space, enabling long-term scale to support AWS’ rapidly growing business.

Key job responsibilities

You will be responsible for driving the product and program roadmap from conceptualization to delivery—partnering with tech, operations, and business teams to deliver new products and features. In this position, you’ll be operating as a strategic business partner collaborating with a senior operations leader to envision and gain alignment for long-term automation, short-term program initiatives to incrementally improve operations, and maintain accuracy and service level standards.

This role is an end-to-end owner influencing and driving tech team roadmaps, collaborating with operations leaders, influencing critical stakeholders, and raising the bar in ensuring we deliver the best experience for customers.

Work closely with partner tech teams to design, influence, and implement product solutions to improve the customer shopping experience

Key contributor to operational plans and long-range plans within our business team, develop individual priorities and personal product roadmap, and influence partner tech and business teams.

You should have excellent writing skills, the ability to technically dive deep and work independently with both business and development teams, the desire to develop new ideas, and thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment. AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience

• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

• Experience managing technical products or online services

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight

• Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
