Our pioneering solutions will scale to a workforce with hundreds of thousands of Amazonians all over the world.In this role you will own the design and development of a global product experience within the Amazon HR product suite. You will work closely with business, HR, and talent management stakeholders and a dedicated team of software development engineers, data engineers, UX designers, and scientists to develop and deliver products and services that help drive the growth and development of Amazonians worldwide. This is an opportunity to help define and invent how we develop and grow talent at Amazon globally.Responsibilities include:* Define the long-term vision and product roadmap based on customer research, science, and product utilization* Break down large, complex projects into product milestone releases - develop detailed business requirements, user stories, and product specifications for each planned release* Write documents that work backwards from customer and partner needs* Dive deep into customer and system data to perform analysis* Partner effectively with other leaders in product, design, engineering, science, and business intelligence to influence priorities and drive alignment* Define new features to meet emerging customers' needs* Make hard, high-judgment trade-offs between features, architectural improvements, operational excellence, and speed-to-market, while mitigating risks* Monitor project execution and ensure that the project delivery is to the appropriate levels of quality and in line with target datesIf you have an entrepreneurial spirit, know how to deliver, are highly innovative and long for the opportunity to build pioneering solutions to challenging problems, we'd love to talk to you!Basic Qualifications* Bachelor's Degree* 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology* Experience with end to end product delivery* Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product* Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definitionAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
