Amazon Sr. Product Manager, Strategic Engagement in Seattle, Washington

Description

Amazon’s North America Stores team seeks a Sr. Product Manager to lead the strategic engagement and planning workstream. This Sr. Product Manager will define the strategy and drive end-to-end execution with stakeholders in facilitating the collaborative planning process with our Selling Partner population. We're looking for passionate individuals who love to innovate, thrive in ambiguity and create world-class experiences that will impact Selling Partners. This role will be responsible for setting and implementing a strategy and roadmap based on internal and external opportunities, influencing and driving change across a diverse group of stakeholders, and improving processes that impact vendors, to scale with high business growth. This leader will balance strategic vision and operational excellence.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Work with NA Stores teams (including, but not limited to, VMs, CSMs, ISMs) to develop high-quality business plans to drive strategic priorities and operational improvements.

  2. Identify and integrate programs and opportunities across Amazon teams into the business planning process.

  3. Build business planning tooling that streamlines and scales business planning across Amazon and Selling Partners.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with end to end product delivery

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
