Amazon Sr. Product Manager, NA Deals, Consumables Private Brands in Seattle, Washington

Description

Amazon's NA Consumables Private Brands team is looking for an energetic leader with excellent ability to Dive Deep, demonstrate Ownership, and leverage Invent & Simplify to Deliver Results, by leading the strategy and execution of our promotional events. This individual will work with Amazon and A/CPB stakeholders to set our deals strategy and create innovative deal experiences on behalf of customers and category teams, that drive value for both the customer and the business. They will ensure standardized processes within NA CPB to achieve defect-free deals and will create and own closed-loop mechanisms between APB’s Deals Lead, APB Marketing, CPB's cross-functional teams, Core Consumables, and Leadership to ensure we learn, stay aligned, and are successful in delivering our goals.

Key job responsibilities

-Partner with key A/CPB stakeholders, including CPB Category Managers, CPB Instock Lead, APB Deals Lead, APB Marketing, APB Basket Building Lead, and APB CLM Lead, to develop a cohesive deals strategy and execution plan for NA CPB.

-Work with Core Consumables Retail to identify opportunities for strategic partnership.

-Partner with CPB Instock Lead to develop work back plans to accommodate varying lead times to ensure optimal deal assortment.

-Identify opportunities for cross-category or cross-product family deals, and partner with relevant stakeholders to execute.

-Run test and learn opportunities on varying deal/discount types.

-Develop clear and consistent mechanisms to track against forecast and ACES goals, and communicate to relevant stakeholders and leaders.

-Deliver in- and post- event recaps with key insights and best practices.

-Proactively contribute to WW APB Deals strategy, pillar, preparedness, and retro docs.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with end to end product delivery

  • Experience as a product manager or owner

  • Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
