Want to be the end-to-end owner for products and tools used by thousands of Amazon employees every day?Hardlines ACES (Process Improvement) is looking for a motivated, hard-working Product Manager to join our team. This role will work cross-functionally with multiple business and technical teams to deliver efficiencies across the Retail organization. Our goal is to streamline workflows, reduce manual operations, and increase free cash flow. In order to do this, we listen to the voice of customers, associates, and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation, tooling development, and process improvements for Retail teams. You will be the end-to-end owner for these products and projects, working with stakeholders from across the company to implement solutions and analyze results.A successful candidate will have experience in both product management and process improvement. He or she will be able to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and software development teams. He or she will also have a track record of earning trust, exerting influence, and delivering results in a fast paced environment.Responsibilities* Dive deep into Retail operator tools and processes; identify opportunities for tooling and process improvements across the Retail organization* Lead business, operations, and technical stakeholders to recommend specific, actionable process and tooling improvements; work with executive leaders to drive adoption across teams* Define specific user stories and requirements for software development teams that own Retail systems and tooling* Own the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for your project portfolio* Operate with significant autonomy to define goals and deliver results#ReinventRetailBasic Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or a Supply Chain/Operations discipline.* Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Product or Program Management* Must possess excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done* Strong analytical abilities and problem solving skills.* Operates as a team player, likes to have fun at work, and has a positive attitude.* The ability to use both formal and informal influencing skills across Amazon's cross-functional organization.* Proficiency in Microsoft Applications.
