The Global Assessment Technology Optimization team builds, implements and supports solutions that leverage Industrial/Organizational psychology to scale the selection for Amazon's Worldwide Operations hiring. These assessments enhance the selection process, while positively impacting the candidate experience through engaging media and rich simulation experiences. The data obtained by Amazon through assessments enables strategic talent sourcing, placement and development.In this role, you will be responsible for leading the product roadmap, innovation and enhancements for our Global Assessment experience for WWOPs. In this role, you will manage delivery of current product enhancements concurrently with future product visioning and planning. As a Sr. Product Manager, you will gather functional requirements from stakeholders and partner teams, develop business strategies, prioritize product roadmaps based on impact and benefits. You will obsess over the candidate assessment experience and propose features to optimize the global assessment technology to enable a best in class experience. You will actively identify and resolve complex issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals. You will build tools that enable efficient product delivery and allow scalability of our services including change management processes, feature prioritization, and development of proposals for enhancing the Global Assessment ecosystem. You will use data and critical thinking to drive alignment across senior leaders on your product vision. You will pay strong attention to details and end-to-end ownership. Must be able to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities.Our ideal candidate will have a deep product management background, experience in owning products with high impact and defining short and long-term strategy and vision. Our ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen with strategic, analytical, and critical thinking. The best candidate will possess strong program management with Human Resources or Talent Acquisition and have demonstrated experience leading large projects. Our ideal candidate should understand the product life cycle to drive teams towards business solutions. Our ideal candidate should drive strategic communications across organizations providing clarity in decisions.
