Description

As a Senior Product Manager in the Selling Partner Services (SPS) organization, you will lead the transformation of Amazon's seller Support experience. You'll own the product vision and roadmap for reinventing how millions of global sellers interact with, grow, and scale their businesses on Amazon. You will have exciting opportunities to experiment on the current Seller Support experience and spend time looking around corners to help define the Support experience of the future. This is a highly visible role that will interact across the SPS organization and its many global partners.
Key job responsibilities
Core responsibilities will include:
Define and execute the long-term strategic vision for next-generation seller Support experiences
Gather requirements from operations team to build BRDs and user stories to deliver impactful solutions
Interacting with stakeholders at multiple levels and in multiple locations, and working with business, UX, tech and analytics teams to define and deliver impactful solutions to our Selling Partners.
Anticipating bottlenecks, providing escalation management, anticipating and making tradeoffs, and balancing business needs versus technical or operational constraints.
Partner with engineering, design, research, and business teams across Amazon to build scalable, global solutions
Identify opportunities to simplify and automate processes while driving operational excellence
Develop metrics and analytics frameworks to measure success and drive data-informed decisions
Making smart tradeoffs, coordinate dependencies, and maintain communication throughout the organization to guarantee smooth and efficient product delivery.
Communicate clear and concise expectations and requirements with business and technology teams. - - Present well-reasoned and data-driven proposals in both verbal and written form.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience as a product manager or owner
Experience owning technology products
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
