Amazon Sr. Product Manager, Buy With Prime in Seattle, Washington
Description
Amazon’s Buy with Prime organization is looking for a passionate, innovative, results-oriented Product Manager to take a pivotal role in the team responsible for measuring and understanding the impact that Buy with Prime has on our merchant customers. This person will own defining the vision and roadmap of our merchant testing strategy and capabilities, as well as the processes and mechanisms to deliver critical insights both internally and externally. This is a highly visible role working across multiple leadership stakeholders within the organization.
This detail-oriented leader will need to wear many hats, needing to develop deep subject matter expertise within the product analytics space, as well as coordinate messaging, training, and communications of the teams processes to internal and external partners.
The ideal candidate influences successfully at all levels, thinks strategically, is a talented writer and a strong organizer, takes initiative, operates effectively across many teams, and is comfortable in detailed discussions with our merchant customers. The candidate sees around corners, is biased for action in ensuring the team is set up for success in achieving our goals, and earns trust with internal and external stakeholders.
Key job responsibilities
Own key deliverables to Senior Leaders within the BwP organization.
Develop a North Start Vision and roadmap for merchant testing and analytics
Define, evangelize, and measure the success of the program with key partners across the organization
Scale program and product training and education across the Buy with Prime sales organization
Lead external engagements with merchant customers
Drive product awareness and adoption

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience as a product manager or owner
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
