As a Procurement Manager, you will develop, own, and execute effective multi-year category sourcing strategies that drive company growth. You will manage projects and deadlines, create business cases, and consistently build a value pipeline. Your role involves managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and mitigating supply chain risks.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive multi-year category sourcing strategies.

  • Manage portfolios of projects and deadlines, providing oversight and guidance.

  • Create business cases to drive sourcing strategies and obtain alignment.

  • Build value pipelines by leveraging relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.

  • Analyze market trends and supplier proposals to identify cost savings.

  • Manage strategic and preferred suppliers, cultivating partnerships to maximize mutual value.

  • Lead supplier key business reviews and execute corrective action plans.

  • Identify and capitalize on supplier-enabled innovation opportunities.

  • Own and lead contracting processes, including negotiation and term sheet development.

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate supplier and supply chain risks.

Essential Skills

  • 4 years of sourcing experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.

  • Knowledge of procurement processes including category sourcing strategies, supplier relationship management, and risk management.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office.

  • Intermediate knowledge of procurement processes such as RFXs, market analysis, and legal protections.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Experience working with QA and R&D teams.

  • Ability to prepare clear and concise verbal, written, and visual presentations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with Ariba (highly preferred).

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various research and beverage teams.

  • Proactive problem-solving and business acumen.

  • Ability to lead in an ambiguous environment and adapt to change.

  • Effective influencing skills and emotional intelligence.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize under pressure.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
