Amazon Sr PM - Tech, F2 & XCat Tech, Lifestyle Based Shopping in Seattle, Washington

Description

Lifestyle Based Shopping team strives to deeply understand customer preferences, attributes, interests, style, and shopping choices to help them purchase products that fit their lifestyle and shopping mission. Our goal is to improve Amazon's credibility in niche categories like Fitness, team sports, outdoor activities, sports fan merchandise, as well as Luxury and Premium fashion. We achieve this by building features through the customer's journey enabling improved discovery, better product presentation and evaluation, building selection authenticity, and driving re-engagement and repeat visits for these stores.

As a Senior PMT, you will lead product strategy, turning customer insights and feedback into plans that accelerate delivery of the right product for our customers. You will work directly with dedicated engineering teams and senior leadership to drive product development, influencing fundamental technical design decisions, product roadmap, and long-term strategy. Our ideal teammate will possess a strong product management background and have experience leading high customer impact products. You are naturally curious, data-driven and entrepreneurial as you take end-to-end ownership for your product. You are the kind of leader who anticipates bottlenecks, deftly navigates ambiguity, makes informed trade-off decisions and skillfully balances the needs of the business versus technical constraints. You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills that help you build strong partnerships with colleagues and influence senior leaders.

This role is inherently cross-functional -- you will work closely with UX, software engineering, central teams, business teams, and executive stakeholders. You will also influence partner teams like Percolate, P13N, BuyX, Community Feedback, and SL Search to improve the holistic CX for lifestyle businesses. If you enjoy cutting through ambiguity, eliminating complexity and innovating on behalf of customers, come join us!
