This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Facilities, and Security. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities. As part of a small, passionate, and accomplished team of professionals, you will lay the foundation for how Blue Origin reacts and manages to operational schedules. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining the internal manufacturing schedule which will drive manufacturing daily. You will share in the team's impact on all aspects of manufacturing deliverables. This role will require a keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills as you work through large amounts of data to maintain an accurate schedule. Key deliverables will include providing operations, supply chain, and engineering the information required to plan and drive accountability to the business. You will be responsible for ensuring schedule expectations are properly communicated to the business and developing mitigations to support on-time delivery. Special Mentions Relocation provided Shifts available: First Shift Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop, implement, and maintain integrated production schedules to support on-time delivery goals Manage manufacturing baseline and forecast schedules in Primavera P6 Work closely with production control and program representatives to ensure proper management of schedule risks, issues, and opportunities Communicate and coordinate schedule execution expectations to the production team Track and drive actions required to meet or exceed schedule forecast and/or recovery Identify critical path and production constraints to enable proper escalation and decision making Recommend schedule recoveries through scenario analysis and trades Deconflict priorities and coordinate tie-outs between program leadership, engineering, and operations Drive accountability on scheduling deliverables Prepare analysis and reports regarding status, forecasts, and delivery health Report schedule artifacts and metrics at various levels of leadership Minimum Qualifications: BS Degree in business, finance, project management or other related field 10+ years of schedule and planning, with at least 3+ years in a manufacturing environment Experience in developing or maintaining resource-loaded schedules using Primavera (P6), Open Plan, MS Project, or other software Experience using and managing ERP/MRP systems Excellent project management skills Strong interpersonal skills and acumen to collaborate across various personnel and management Experience identifying, managing, and actioning risks, issues, and opportunities Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion Preferred Qualifications: Experience in managing schedules in Primavera (P6) Experience working in new programs / new product introduction Proven record of hands-on development and implementation of company-wide process improvements MS Degree in a related field of study Project Management certification (PMP/Certified Project Manager) Compensation range for on site WA applicants is $106,377---$148,927.80 USD Inclusivity Statement Don't meet all desired requirements?
