Our client is a major player in the PCB Manufacturing industry and is in need of a Sr PCB Process Engineer that is open to relocating to the Chicagoland area.

Must Haves:

  • (4) Year Degree in Engineering, or equivalent work experience & education.

  • 5+ Years of Process Engineering experience

  • Must come from PCB Manufacturing Industry

  • Demonstrated experience working hands-on with manufacturing process

  • Experience managing multiple projects at the same time

Job Description:

  • Offer technical support to manufacturing whenever necessary.

  • Undertake and oversee projects, ensuring the achievement of realistic goals set by the Process Engineering Manager. This role is hands-on, involving the physical operation of equipment and collaboration with Production personnel at all levels.

  • Create and document chemical process controls as needed to guarantee product quality, under the guidance of the GM and Director of Manufacturing.

  • Establish test methods, conduct evaluations, and analyze results to assess current and future technologies, products, and services.

  • Carry out assigned tasks and implement processes and procedures as directed by management.

  • Provide technical expertise and informed judgment in handling discrepant material or product.

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance, efficiency, and effectiveness of established processes.
