To help DSPs get started, Amazon has negotiated exclusive deals with best-in-class third party providers including vehicles, uniforms, and other value added services. The Senior Manager, Program Management will be building and leading a team that owns the program development and deployment for Fleet Management. This senior role will be responsible for fleet deployment, vehicle audits and repairs, preventative maintenance, and re-deployment as needed. It will be a combination of long term strategic projects, as well as short term tactical execution. Amazon is looking for a senior leader with tactical experience, a penchant for deployment, excellent communication cross functionally, and project tracking with leaders and stakeholders across the organization. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 5+ years of management experience with excellent and project management skills, including work prioritization, planning, and task delegation Leading new or start-up related projects where processes will need to be defined, implemented and iterated within last mile Proficiency with tools/systems to analyze data including Excel or other data management systems Experience working with distributed teams Preferred Qualifications MBA or Master's Degree in a related field Operations Management/ Management/Fulfillment Center experience Experience with transportation and/or logistics Strong oral and written communication sk
