If you are looking to make an impact, this is the team for you. You will lead a multi-discipline group to experiment and innovate. Your team will develop advanced deep learning and large language models (LLMs), high-scale engineering infra, and innovative CX to serve differentiated shopping experiences in different context (e.g., fashion shopping, outdoor and sports) for different customer cohorts, on all devices and in worldwide marketplaces. You will have the satisfaction of seeing your work improve the experience of millions of Amazon shoppers while also driving quantifiable revenue impact.

Key job responsibilities

You will drive product design, roadmap and business model while working cross-functionally with product, engineering, science and UX design partners to deliver end-to-end results. This is a high-impact role that requires strategic vision and big-picture thinking, as well as sharp execution, technical depth, analytical rigor, and excellent communication.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of team management experience

  • 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience

  • 8+ years of technical product or program management experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment

  • Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Proven track record of complex and creative problem-solving, and the desire to create and build new businesses

  • Passion for building technology that delivers outstanding customer experiences

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions

  • Experience with online advertising, search, recommendation, personalization, or e-commerce

  • Outstanding oral and written communication

  • Ability to work well with a variety of people ranging in various technical levels

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for having fun

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $158,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
