Job summaryAmazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a Sr. Leader Global Partner Marketing Operations & Strategy to lead, innovate, and improve our global productivity, planning, and processes. You will work closely with the Head of Partner Marketing Operations, our Global Operations team, Partner Marketing Leadership and their global teams to identify best practices, automate, provide KPIs, and scale globally. You will serve as our business leader interface to Finance to manage global programs budget and global headcount.You will document and help train the Partner Marketing team on best practices for partner coverage to optimize productivity, joint marketing plans with partners, global operating plans, efficiently leveraging Marketing Development Funds (MDF), and global best practice processes.This role requires a leader with excellent analytical abilities, marketing processes skills, outstanding business acumen, people leadership, and exceptional written and oral communication skills. The successful candidate will be data-driven and have a strong understanding of marketing KPIs.You will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. You will have a track record of operations management, as well as familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce as well as Marketing Automation tools such as Marketo, Marketo, Tableau, Workfront and others.Key job responsibilitiesLead global operations plan (OP1 & OP2) including headcount, programs budget, and lead flow KPIsIdentify global productivity best practices across partner coverage, MDF, and programs budgetDocument productivity best practices, lead monthly performance reviews, build reporting mechanisms, and provide insights for productivity variancesCollaborate with Finance monthly to ensure effective allocation and usage of programs budget and headcount as well as approve transfersLead our global Monthly Business Review (MBR) process to quantify and qualify what's working, what's not working, roadblocks, and strategic plansAbout the teamPartner Marketing has growth 10x+ in the last 18 months by collaborating and earning trust as we co-market with our partners. Our Operations team is building the global tools, processes, and analytics to fuel our on-going growth. This leader will provide the planning, productivity, and processes critical to scaling globally.* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field* 10+ years of professional experience in marketing analytics, business analysis, budget management, or comparable analytics position* 10+ years of experience in program management, project management, marketing/sales operations, and process improvements for high-technology companies or products* Proficient in Excel and data visualization such as Tableau* Proven ability to develop individuals, lead teams, influence peers, and communicate with executives* Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field* Experience communicating (verbal and written) effectively with both business and technical teams* Strong understanding of marketing KPI such as conversion rates, Cost per lead, cost of customer acquisition, and Marketing ROI* Experience using Salesforce and Marketing Automation platforms (e.g. Marketo) as well as work-flow automation (e.g. Workfront)* Strong analytical skills with emphasis on ROI analysis, and hands on experience on data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)* Meets/exceeds Amazon's leadership principles requirements for this role* Meets/exceeds Amazon's functional/technical depth and complexity for this roleFor San Francisco: Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applican
