Role Summary Rivian is seeking a seasoned leader with a passion for Integrated Marketing Communications to join our team. In this role, you will report to the Sr. Director, Integrated Marketing to lead the planning, implementation and execution of innovative marketing strategies and communications to achieve our organizational goals. This individual will architect and deliver integrated marketing campaigns and programs across paid media and non-paid channels to drive engagement with existing customers, attract new ones, and generate demand for the Rivian brand. With the mission to "Keep the World Adventurous Forever", you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Rivian and how we market our products and services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of both strategic and tactical thinking while excelling in an adaptable and fast-paced environment. This is a challenging and multi-faceted role, requiring leadership of cross-functional teams and agency partners. We seek an individual with exceptional communication and analytical skills, as well as a creative mindset for all aspects of digital, social, and paid media. Responsibilities * Develop and execute comprehensive integrated brand marketing campaigns and programs that align with the company's overall marketing strategy and objectives. * Partner with Go-To-Market to build integrated marketing and communications plans in collaboration with key Rivian stakeholders (Product, Sales, PR, etc). * Lead the end-to-end campaign process, including campaign briefing, ideation, planning, execution, and performance analysis. Develop and execute complex Integrated Marketing campaigns and programs of both large and smaller scales. * Deeply understand market research, competitive landscape, and target customer to inform campaign strategy. Define target audience segments and develop tailored communications plans that resonate with each audience segment. * Develop Integrated Marketing briefs that are informed by consumer insights, clear on our target audience, and identify clear campaign goals and objectives. * Partner with the Growth Marketing team to ensure the proper media investment model is in place to reach the right target audience in the right channel(s). * Work close with internal creative teams and external agency partners to elevate our creative output and ensure our content is on strategy and meets / exceeds Rivian's high creative bar. * Manage creative asset development and delivery across multiple channels, in partnership with Growth Marketing channel leads. Lead creative reviews with senior leaders and internal stakeholders. * Provide regular reporting to stakeholders on campaign performance, highlighting key learnings, actionable insights, and recommendations for future integrated marketing campaigns, focusing on improving what is working and identifying areas that need adjustment to optimize overall effectiveness. Qualifications * 8-10 years of experience in Integrated Marketing, Brand Marketing, Advertising, or Campaign Management roles, preferably in automotive or tech industries. * Proven success in delivering both small and large-scale integrated marketing campaigns across multiple touchpoints and channels. * Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business results and accelerate growth. * Stron
