Welcome to Central Devices Diversity (CDD) - a team of recruiters, program managers, and researchers working together to augment Devices and Services Talent Acquisition (DSTA)'s diversity recruitment through strategic and purposeful initiatives!CDD is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to create and lead LandD initiatives across DSTA to promote DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) best practices to drive diversity recruiting across the organization.In this role, you will have an opportunity to think big, strategize, influence and communicate effectively, using your bias for action and ability to balance resources/prioritization. You'll partner and collaborate with internal LandD teams as well as external institutions/agencies to create and deliver content. This role is critical to enhance our recruiters' diversity hiring capabilities and empower DSTA team members to , launch, scaling, and maintenance of a world-class learning and development program.This PM would be responsible for the following areas:* Create and deliver a DEI-focused LandD roadmap aligned with org and company-wide diversity goals* Create project plans and work backwards from target launch dates to set deliverable deadlines* Identify and partner with SMEs to create and facilitate training content; determine what kind of training is needed for various audiences* Influence LandD outcomes by understanding leadership development needs and iterating on ideas and programs* Move forward in the face of ambiguity and imperfect knowledge* Define program performance goals and create evaluation mechanisms to measure the impact of scalable learning solutions, including overall goals/timelines/roadmap, content, metrics/measurement, tracking, and evaluation* Lead needs analysis activities to drive insights that ensure that we support our learners' needs and offer compelling learner experiences* Regularly review and analyze key metrics, identifying issues and formulating solutions to improve program performance* Write whitepapers for a senior leadership audience, including reports on progress, proposed experiments, and building the foundation for future iterations* Maintain and iterate on training programs, including: continually updating and refining the content, incorporating feedback from previous cohorts, facilitating any content for which you are a SME, and driving continued engagement from the existing project teamHow do you know if you're ready for the Devices TA CDD team?
