Can you take your vision and build it in a way that can prove the training impact through on the job performance and scale that to reduce impact on in store operations? Do you have the ability to execute and develop advanced blended learning curricula while collaborating with your peers and key business stakeholders to recommend the right content/training/coaching approaches to solve their particular business problems that might not exist today? If you do then the Amazon Go Learning and Development team looking for you!As a Sr. Instructional Design/Program Manager you will bring experience working across multiple instructional delivery modalities (ILT, WBT, self-paced etc.) to build high quality, scalable learning experiences that support our growing community of store associates and managers.You will ideate, design, develop, maintain, plan and execute the programs you own. Proving managers and Associates alike can perform when in the store. In a Post COVID world, we expect the need/want of the Amazon Go concept to grow quickly, and we need a Program Owner who can support this while working through ambiguity and 'figuring it out' on the fly.In addition, you will have strong program and project management experience, especially as it relates to the training/development space. You must be able to strategically plan and execute work in a transparent, repeatable and consistent way. You'll be empowered to curate, create and continuously improve learning content based on the learning objectives you create with business partners and proving how your learning interventions drive operational performance in stores. There is no template for this today, and you will be empowered to work across the Amazon Go organization to build it. By using an array of creative approaches that create learning content that deliver results, inspire learners and drive career and workforce progression.To be successful you should be comfortable in working across multiple stakeholder groups, be well versed in creating learning objectives (both Terminal and Enabling) and measuring if learners can achieve them. As you structure your program, you will need to pick the right modality for the business and learner to prove learning took place.You will have the room to innovate within the Go learning strategy, move quickly, and be able to deal with the ambiguity of a startup business. New technology and business formats cannot be constrained by how things have been done before.
