We are looking for a dynamic and organized self-starter to join the APO PxT Team as a Senior Program Manager. Our ideal candidate will thrive in ambiguity, think big, lead end to end execution, and cultivate collaborative relationships with the APO business stakeholders. This role will require partnering with multiple stakeholders to assess the high priority areas across the PxT team, identifying and sharing the key challenges within these areas, driving cross-functional efforts to execute against the main challenges, and ensuring knowledge and resources are shared across our PxT teams to improve the builder experience.

Key job responsibilities

• Own the Rhythm of the Business for PxT in the APO

• Create and drive the HRB/P Integrated Calendar

• Prepare the WBRs

• Lead and drive the 2x2s for the APO LT and PxT XLT

• Maintain the OP1 goal tracking

• Lead medium to large scale projects that directly impact the employee experience and/or drive PxT optimization

• Organize the Talent Reviews timeline + Roll Up to the SMGS LT

• Identify talent insights in preparation of the OLR

• Lead the L8 promotion discussions across the APO

• Drive the ECT Demand Planning and Forecasting process

• Collaborate with the APO Communications team to create the Manager Quarterly Meeting Agenda

• Drive the implementation of programs to build Manager capability

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
