Job summaryAmazon Selling Partner Developer Services (SPDS) is seeking a Senior Field Operations Lead to support our strategy to accelerate developer success and Amazon selling partner growth. The ideal candidate will partner closely with our developer-facing teams, marketing, product and program teams to drive growth through business performance insights, solid business operations cadence and partnership with Field leadership. The candidate will be responsible for the formalization of the SPDS Field Operations function including creation and implementation of our pipeline management and reporting processes. They will partner with cross functional teams on CRM tooling and process improvements, insight generation, and implementation of new changes that are highly usable, scalable, and extensible within our field tooling environment. Candidate should be able to operate independently with little guidance as well as collaborate with partner teams to drive business decisions, goals and scale the business.Key job responsibilities1. Develop, improve, and sustain Field Operations vision and execution for SPDS2. Generate field performance dashboards that encompass key metrics to be reviewed with senior SPDS leadership team (e.g., pipeline management and marketing attribution reporting)3. Serve as a trusted advisor to Field Leaders, leveraging data and analyses to land business insights, develop Go-to-market strategies, and scale the business4. Coordinate with other internal teams to influence the roadmap for enhanced business intelligence and CRM tools and processes to support the business5. Perform hands on testing of new requirements and changes to ensure requirements were implemented successfully prior to deployment6. Create and execute enablement plans for new field tooling and programs that are easy and intuitive.1. 5+ years experience in Sales/Field Operations with experience as a Director or Manager of Sales Operations.2. Demonstrated experience and success leading Salesforce/CRM implementation projects.3. Experience building Salesforce reporting/pipeline management mechanisms.4. Proven track record of translating Field needs into business/product requirements.5. Comfort rolling up sleeves to perform quantitative analysis using tools such as Tableau or Quicksight.6. Experience analyzing data and developing GTM strategies.1. M.B.A. from top tier B-school preferred. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline or 5+ years of relevant work experience.2. Familiarity with Pardot B2B Marketing Automation.3. Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, and to create a vision and organization that can scale quickly.4. Experience leading the development of department strategy.5. Strong business-process design experience.The pay range for this position in Colorado is $136,000 - $184,100 yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
