This role is a dynamic, hands-on partnership for someone willing to take on the fast-paced environment in a hyper-growth company.Team Management:Responsible for selecting, developing, coaching, and managing the facility management teams. Proactively identify and participate in change management. Maintain ongoing facility training and certification programs. Provide the requirements for operation managers, program managers, facility directors and facility managers per particular site. Promote collaborative work across all business units by sharing information so all opinions and best practices are represented. Accept responsibility for continuous quality improvement and cost management Recognize the responsibility as an agent of BGIS and act accordingly at all times. Business Management:Responsible for the design and implementation of plans, policies, programs, and procedures to ensure that quality standards, programs, and Key Performance Indicator's (KPI) are met during operation of accounts. Conducts peer reviews on accounts leading to Lessons Learned and Continuous Improvement Measures. Communicate with other BGIS Departments to ensure agreements are successfully managed, opportunities are maximized, and customers are satisfied. Operate within budget and provide process improvements to meet growth objectives. Prioritize, coordinate, and deliver special projects as assigned. Develop cost estimates (labor, pm/cm, etc.). Develop operational labor shift models. Responsible for signature authority on customer invoicing, sub contract agreements and scopes of work. Project Development:Responsible for the successful and timely completion of assigned projects by utilizing appropriate resources effectively and balancing the customer requirements with the agreed upon strategies of the company. Consultative selling or up selling of current client programs. Meet project deadlines and manage 2-5 operations managers tactically. Customer ServiceOwn, manage and implement client management reporting tools (KPI's, Business Reviews, etc.). Establish and gain customer and internal team's agreement on deliverables and delivery date. Anticipate problems and plan ahead to stay proactive. Provide ongoing updates to internal team and customers regarding program status and progress. Quality Assurance Regulate Critical Environment facility management services to prevent business impact and equipment downtime. Provide Risk Assessments to operations model and critical infrastructure design. Develop, implement and manage Quality Assurance metrics for performance improvement related to client and company contracts. REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, and ABILITIES Must have demonstrated proficiency for all the responsibilities of a Critical Facility Director. Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Facilities Management, or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent work experience required.
