You will also oversee and evolve Global Mobility and our People Analytics vision and strategy, taking our data solutions to the next level and scaling up our Mobility programs. Having recently exceeded $1 billion in revenue, the Sr Dir Global People Services will be joining at an exciting point of growth as Cloudflare plans to scale to $5 billion in revenue, and from 3,800 to 10,000 employees, in the next five years. In this role, you will report to the Chief People Officer who is based in the Seattle area, and drive our global strategic people services initiatives, partnering closely with the leadership team and managers to develop and implement proactive solutions for a broad scope of activities, ensuring alignment on initiatives and priorities while developing and scaling a thriving global team. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to own and oversee 3 functions: People Services and Operations, Global Mobility, and People Analytics.
