About the Role: The Digital Marketing team plays a vital role in driving growth at PitchBook through innovative digital strategies that support Sales and Customer Success. The Senior Digital Insights Manager is an individual contributor role focused on delivering qualitative and quantitative insights that enable data-driven decision-making. This position will drive reporting, analyze performance trends, and develop compelling stories that help guide digital marketing strategies and operations. This role will support insights across always-on, campaign, and product launch digital marketing programs. The ideal candidate will blend strategic thinking with data analysis to provide actionable insights that improve marketing performance within and across channels. Primary Job Responsibilities: Lead the reporting and analysis of digital marketing performance, providing insights to improve decision-making Analyze trends and performance metrics across various channels to inform strategic recommendations Develop data-backed stories that highlight key takeaways and provide actionable insights for cross-functional teams Collaborate with RevOps, Marketing Analytics, Product Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams to align digital insights with broader business goals Manage dashboards and reports to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement Monitor and report on KPIs, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for digital marketing optimization Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting capabilities, accuracy, and efficiency Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, or business intelligence roles Strong expertise in data analysis and storytelling through reporting Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
