Are you passionate about advertising research and learning to gain foundational insights about customer behavior? If you are interested in doing research on mass advertising and bringing customer's view on our advertising through experiments, this is an engaging role. We are seeking a market researcher with 6 or more years of experience in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. In this role, you will help marketers to design marketing plans through experiments. You also help educate and steer your stakeholders to better understand the kinds of research questions they should be answering from this research. You will proactively identify business questions, develop research methodologies to address the business questions, conduct analysis and produce data-driven results.We are looking for a candidate who can independently design research methodology based on the business question, deliver research results in a clear, concise, and unambiguous manner both verbally and in writing. You will need to articulate complex research issues to non-Research partners. It will be important to earn trust by consistently delivering accurate and relevant insights that drive results, and having the enough conviction in your findings to challenge business partner plans and assumptions when needed.This role requires an individual who has strong knowledge in experiment design and measurement. You need to have excellent analytical abilities as well as outstanding business acumen. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, vocally self-critical, and with the ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
