If you specialize in the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs and are adept at leading other experts in the field, we need you!In this role, you would deliver and craft creative solutions for compensation related programs and practices. You will develop and lead others to administer our compensation programs and career management framework. You are the subject matter expert for a skilled team of compensation professionals. Providing advice on compensation, policy interpretations, and job evaluations to ensure alignment with the bank's strategy; you will also compile, prepare, and present data to ensure that all programs align with our core values and objectives. A key responsibility in this role will be staying abreast of regulations which may impact our employees. Finally, you will rely on your strong communication and facilitation skills to design and deliver messaging across the organization and to ensure successful outcomes in line with our core mission and values.Essential Responsibilities:Collaborate with key partners across the People team (HRBP, Talent, Operations) to understand business needs, solve business challenges, and ensure compensation actions align with the organization's strategyCounsel and advise leadership and managers by providing technical and strategic expertise to ensure consistent valuation of key job attributes and integration of market dataLead the creation of policies and practices to ensure equitable and market-aligned payOversee benchmarking and external market analysis to maintain an up-to-date salary structureAnalyze trends, research standard methodologies, observe economic conditions, and make recommendations for program revisions and developmentOversee non-disparate impacting testing, compensation analysisRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource Management, Business Management, or related field required or equivalent professional experienceTypically requires 10+ years of related experience, and 7+ years of people management experienceStrong subject matter expertise of compensation and benefits practices and programsExperience with cloud-based Human Capital Systems (e.g., Kronos, Workday, PeopleSoft)Project management experienceCCP, SPHR, or related certifications are welcomeEffective October 1, 2021, all employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or qualify for an accommodation from the Bank's vaccination policy; the Bank will provide accommodations as required by law for individuals unable to be vaccinated due to medical condition or sincerely held religious belief.We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.<
