We are looking for an experienced, data-driven, and customer-obsessed BIE to help drive engagement among our customers. You will be part of a team that is responsible for developing features that engage e-reader customers, working alongside product managers, marketing managers, and software engineers to invent new marketing and feature ideas that spur customer engagement, prove they will work through data analysis, and ongoing analysis of customer usage. You must be comfortable working at both the strategic level (using customer insights and data to generate innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (building dashboards and monthly reports to measure business health).
