Position Summary Provides administrative support of a complex and responsible nature for executive members of the People & Culture Leadership team, with a primary focus in support of the SVP, Global Talent Solutions.Develop and maintain a deep partnership with the Executive Assistant and Dir, Business Operations for the Chief People Officer, as well as other members of People & Culture.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide confidential administrative support to the People & Culture Leadership team (excluding the Chief People Officer).
  • Coordinate schedules for meetings, arranges appointments, schedules visitors, maintains calendars and plans complex travel.
  • Performs complex duties that vary in methods, procedures, and standards.
  • Manage correspondence and assemble highly confidential and sensitive information.
  • Make travel arrangements for the People & Culture Leadership team (excluding the Chief People Officer).
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and protect highly confidential corporate information.
  • Coordinate logistics associated with Executives rhythm of business.
  • Event planning and support for department related events.
  • Exercises judgment aligned with BeF5 and LeadF5 behaviors.
  • Works independently under instructions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Partners with assistants and coordinators throughout the company, sharing knowledge and resources.
  • Responsible for upholding F5s Business Code of Ethics and promptly reporting violations of the Code or company policies.
  • Performs duties as assigned.

     

Qualifications

  • Minimum two-year degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in the administrative field supporting senior leaders; high-tech background a plus
  • Experience in understanding and navigating business-specific functions to accelerate problem-solving and proactive tasks
  • Advanced skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Must have initiative and be able to exercise judgment
  • Must have the ability to complete tasks without /detailed instructions
  • Project management skills are desired
  • Must be detail oriented, prompt, flexible, and dependable.

The annual U.S. base pay range for this position is: $70,444.00 - $105,666.00
