The Sr. Account executive is responsible for the overall relationship and customer experience for their assigned customers. The Sr. Account Executive serves as a strategic partner for customers both internal and external and delivers the voice of customer back to key partners to improve the overall customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDay to day customer management, including high profile key account, providing consultation and optimization work.Member of the account management. Gather voice of customer, aids in prioritization of software enhancements and updates working closely with the product management team.Business review preparation (data collection, consolidation)Serve as mentor for entry level account managers.Documentation and miscellaneousMinimum Job Qualifications:5-7 years of account management, vendor management and/or customer relations experience in the pharmaceutical industry.Critical SkillsStrong experience of business case preparation and presentationInformation gathering sessions with external customers and deliver results to product management group.Must have strong executive presenceMaintain high level of customer satisfaction and net promoter scores.Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel)Ability to work independently to manage customersProject management experienceAdditional SkillsConsultative experience in a pharmaceutical settingStrong preference to strong mentorship/leadership experienceFamiliarity with sales demosAbility to work in a highly collaborative setting on cross functional projectsEducation 4-year undergraduate degree requiredPharmD, RPh or CPhT preferredPhysical RequirementsGeneral Office environmentTravel less than 15%McKesson is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
