Responsibilities Responsible for providing grant management and administrative/fiscal support to Principal Investigators who are recipients of research grants, sub awards and internally funded projects, ensuring that all grant applications are wholly consistent with the requirements of Children\'s policy, relevant sponsor policies, and all applicable state and federal laws. Review and negotiate research awards and award modifications. Serve as a single point of contact between Seattle Children\'s Research Institute, its sponsors and sub-recipients, ensuring that all administrative requirements associated with the submission of applications, acceptance and conduct of awards, and issuance and monitoring of sub-awards are met. This is primarily a remote position with flexibility to be based in the following states: Washington, Texas, Florida, Georgia, Montana, and Alaska. Requirements Required Education/Experience: - Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Accounting,Healthcare, or related field - Minimum of one (1) year of contracting/business/administrative experience. Min to Max Hourly Salary\$29.48 - \$44.23 /hrMin to Max Annual Salary\$61,318.40 - \$91,998.40 /yrSalary Information This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
