Due to our unprecedented growth, 30% of our colleagues have joined since the start of 2020, we have an urgent need to expand the capabilities of our Global People Team with supporting the company's US retirement and other reward programs.One such key role is a new member of our Global People Team to support our US retirement and other reward programs in the US. They will report to our Senior Manager, Retirement Plans, and will work closely with our Human Resources, Operations, Legal, and Finance leaders along with external vendors and insurers. This person will assist our people first culture by supporting employee benefit offerings that are competitive, compliant, scalable, and fiscally responsible.Our new colleague should be comfortable in a large, matrixed, multi-state organization and very knowledgeable about the Federal and State laws that impact retirement benefits (ERISA, IRS, etc.). This person will utilize their knowledge of retirement and financial well-being in coordination with our external partners to guide our business and cultural needs. This person will work closely with other Benefit, Operation, and Business colleagues to drive the day-to-day administration of our retirement plans, such the 401K and the Thrive Fund, while also identifying potential refinements to our offerings as we grow.
