Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee construction projects from beginning to end.
  • Manage the budget and estimate costs; ensure deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with contractors, engineers, architects, attorney, lenders and key team members of the project team.

``` - Keep all Board members and owners aware of the progress on projects and prepare progress reports regularly.

``` - Conduct site visits as required.

``` - Provide professional, courteous, and responsive support to property management staff, Board members, homeowners, and vendors. - Assist in design, implementation, and ongoing execution of special projects practices & procedures. - Backup other special projects staff and assist Director of Special Projects as needed. - Other duties, as assigned from time to time.
