Summary:

As a leader of our Partnerships & Global Operations Recruiting and Sourcing Team, you will work closely with recruiting and sourcing leaders, business leaders and cross-functional partners to drive effective sourcing to grow the Partnerships & Global Operations businesses at Facebook. The Partnerships org brings to life the Facebook products through strategic partner relationships in a way that furthers the mission of our company to connect the world and Global Operations sits at the intersection between our products and services and our community to ensure positive experiences and further our mission to give people the power to build community. The successful leader will have built and developed diverse sourcing organizations at scale and across complex, dynamic businesses in a global environment.

Required Skills:

  1. Define, design and implement scalable sourcing strategies for the Partnerships and Global Operations organizations across North America and in close partnership with international regions with a keen focus on impacting company-wide diversity aspirations

  2. Mentor and grow geographically dispersed sourcing leaders to build inclusion across diverse teams and build a cohesive culture across the group

  3. Champion career development strategies to grow the talent on our sourcing teams and strengthen their ability to drive greater impact to the business

  4. Drive accountability to deliver against global organizational goals across your direct team and through collaboration with international teams while increasing efficiency and productivity

  5. Lead collaboration and innovative problem solving across cross-functional partners to develop and execute an attract strategy for Partnerships and Global Operations and across the broader global recruiting sourcing community

  6. Utilize data to influence the overall recruiting strategy to increase effectiveness of various programs and initiatives

  7. Build cross-functional relationships in order to influence global strategy across other Sourcing and Recruiting teams to scale Sourcing innovations outside of Partnerships and Global Operations

  8. Advise business leaders on innovative sourcing strategies utilizing external market insights and intelligence to influence direction

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience

  2. 5+ years experience managing a team of sourcers and/or recruiters

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. 4+ years of experience leading sourcing people leaders

  2. Experience delivering large projects, process improvements and managing through change

  3. Experience managing diversity programs/teams and experience understanding and creating impact through inclusion

  4. Experience communicating and working with cross-functional teams

  5. Experience providing a consultative recruiting approach with internal stakeholders

  6. Experience leading non-technical sourcers
