Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Developer who is passionate about building interactive user interfaces and has a keen eye for design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking up user stories and translating designs from Figma into functional web components. Daily tasks will include building and overseeing the onboarding production process for photography, as well as creating and managing AWS accounts.

The role involves developing a platform that automates all internal onboarding production processes, as well as building tools that enable customers to be part of the production process themselves. The candidate should have a strong understanding of front-end technologies, with at least 60% of their experience focused on front-end development, particularly using React, Material UI, and TypeScript. Familiarity with Figma and the ability to interpret design diagrams are helpful.

Additionally, the candidate may be required to build backend logic, making knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript (for both UI and AWS Cloud Development Kit) highly desirable. Experience with AWS services, including CDK Lambdas, API Gateway, S3, and GraphQL, is crucial.

Skills and Requirements

7+ Years of Software Engineering experience

Extensive experience working on the back-end. (Role is a 70/30 split)

Experience with Typescript

Experience with Node.JS

Experience working with GraphQL for API development.

Multiple years of experience working with AWS and related technologies (CDK Lambdas, S3, API Gateways, etc.) Media / Entertainment Experience
