If you have any interest in ML, big data, or graphs, please don't hesitate to contact us.1+ years of experience contributing to the system design or architecture (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.2+ years of non-internship professional software development experienceProgramming experience with at least one software programming language.A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience;* 5+ years of Software Development experience;* Proven track record of building large-scale, highly available, low latency, high quality distributed systems and software products* Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline.* Deep hands-on technical expertise building data pipelines, Experience with AWS EMR, Athena, Sagemaker* Experience on big data processing like Apache Spark* Experience with front-end technologies like React, Typescript* Familiarity with AWS offerings and infrastructure-as-code (CDK, CloudFormation)* Strong business and technical vision* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* A deep understanding of software development in a team, and a track record of shipping software on time* Exceptional customer relationship skills including the ability to discover the true requirements underlying feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and lead engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines with optimal solutions.The pay range for this position in Colorado is $143,700 -194,400 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
