We are looking for a Senior Software Development Manager obsessed with customer success, passionate about simplification and design-thinking and excited to dive deep into the growth opportunity of delivering brand new technologies to enable the next generation of scale for AWS Lambda taking us from the 10's of millions of containers we run today to billions.AWS Lambda is looking for an experienced Software Development Engineer for the Lambda's VPC team responsible for managing the customer ENIs that enable customers to run VPC functions. This team will own software at the core of Lambda's architecture. This position will require working closely with Lambda's core dataplane and control plane teams as well as networking teams inside EC2.A successful candidate will need a strong understanding of software development with Linux, and be comfortable analyzing large amounts of data from multiple sources within a distributed network. The ideal candidate will previously worked in resource constrained and performance sensitive areas. This role is technical: you'll be expected to contribute to architecture discussions while regularly taking part in deep-dive troubleshooting exercises or technical post-mortem discussions to identify the root cause of complex issues.Inclusive Team Culture Here at AWS, we embrace our differences.
