Our mission is to build scalable and robust software solutions that plan the AWS workforce and support execution to plan.You will work closely with a team of SDEs, Product Managers, Economists, Scientists, and UX designers to create best practices/tooling in workforce planning. You will enable a global staff of workforce planners to perform scenario analysis and understand downstream impact of workforce decisions. As a tech leader, you will be an advocate for compelling user experiences. You will demonstrate the value of automation and data-driven planning tools in HR.You will play a lead role in both building a development team and in all aspects of the software development lifecycle including architecture, design, development, documentation, testing and operations.
