Description
The Amazon Fresh Private Brands (AFPB) team is looking for a Social Responsibility Compliance Manager to lead our Social Responsibility Compliance Program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with suppliers and partner teams in ensuring supply chain standards, is able to strategically think about and manage risks, challenges, and opportunities in an ever-evolving space and has the ability to manage the compliance program while supporting product launch requirements.

This role ensures that potential and existing suppliers meet or exceed Amazon Supply Chain standards throughout the business relationship with Amazon. This role works closely with suppliers as well as internal stakeholders to drive the Social Responsibility compliance program and ensure the maintenance of standards. You will be expected to manage compliance requirements with new suppliers, ensure maintenance of standards with existing suppliers, manage escalations and issue resolutions, support Social Responsibility expansion initiatives, and support tech builds and compliance reporting. You will be expected to work effectively across different stakeholders including Product Management, Social Responsibility, Operation & Tech Teams, Supply Chain, Quality, and will partner closely with suppliers that drive continuous improvement in their working conditions.

• Ensure compliance to Amazon Supply Chain standards (new and existing suppliers)
• Develop reporting mechanisms to ensure suppliers are compliant to standards (new and existing suppliers)
• Manage issue escalations and drive resolutions effectively with internal and external teams
• Manage audit compliance and corrective action timelines against project deliverables and report progress to key stakeholders
• Manage the annual budget estimations for audit and program compliance
• Collaborate with business partners and Social Responsibility team to understand new program requirements and build mechanisms to ensure and evaluate compliance
• Develop and lead training activities to inform and educate broader AFPB team on program requirements and new initiatives
• Lead cross-functional team reviews to gain alignment, approval, and adoption of new tools and processes
• Develop and maintain program SOPs, workflows, and social responsibility RACIs

The Amazon Fresh Private Brands (AFPB) team is composed of culinary experts, brand builders, product managers, supply chain experts and program managers that work to build and assort food and beverage products that can be found on Amazon.
Our brands like Amazon Saver, Amazon Grocery, Amazon Fresh, Happy Belly, Aplenty provide the best value for a wide range of products across all grocery categories and help customers eat delicious and quality foods, while making the most of their grocery budget.
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of product, program, or project management experience
Experience in in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
Experience working with data and/or systems management
Experience in audit management or site certification compliance
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of product development process, supplier management, and/or auditing
Knowledge of risk assessment and stakeholder management

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
