To further Blue Origin's mission of having millions of people living and working in space, we are building the sustainable infrastructure for our transport of crew and cargo from Earth to the Lunar Surface. As part of a hardworking team of diverse specialists, technicians, and engineers, you will directly support program execution and report to the Avionics IPT Lead. The project management and technical integration products developed support the MK1 and MK2 lander vehicles in its mission to deliver cargo services and crewed landing missions to the lunar surface. These products and engineering support will cover all serial numbers of MK1 and MK2. This position will support all aspects of the Avionics product team management to include accountability and oversight of cost, schedule, technical design, risk management and organization management. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your dedicated commitment and attention towards safe and reliable spaceflight. Special Mentions * Travel expected up to 10 % of the time * Interviews will include a technical assessment Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Responsible for leading Avionics engineering operations activities on the MK1 and MK2 landers. Apply expertise in project management, technical product maturation, and organization development to develop efficient and cost-effective solutions for the MK1/MK2 landers. Assist the Avionics team in developing and maintaining technical, cost, and schedule baselines. Propose and Support Vertical Integration Activities where needed. Prepare for and support execution of program reviews, including to Lunar Transportation Senior Management. Help develop and maintain the MK1 and MK2 vehicle meeting and review operating rhythm. Develop robust plans meeting deliverables and manage to the key operating metrics - including technical, cost, schedule, and risk. Develop lunar Avionics product roadmaps, including development and incorporation of technologies to meet program milestones including future derivatives. Work with internal and external customers to understand and shape stakeholder current and future mission needs. Provide technical leadership of the highest caliber as you coordinate for the Avionics IPT Lead with each of the Integrated Product Teams and supporting Blue Origin business units. Monitor technical progress, requirements, budget, schedule, deliverables, and risks as well as review recommendations for change with Lunar Avionics IPT Lead and Vehicle Directors Communicate progress to leadership team via; program management reviews weekly/monthly, finance reviews, long term forecasting business plan, and project deep dives. Utilize good engineering and business judgement to ensure the most efficient and effective product is designed, manufactured, procured, tested, qualified, and delivered. Support Agile based planning and execution where needed. Minimum Qualifications Minimum BS Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or related Engineering field. 10+ years of demonstrated experience in relevant areas of engineering operations. 15+ years of industry technical experience involving system formulation, research, and deve
