What You'll Do • Perform core program and project management duties • Drive a connected delivery strategy to support new operation model • Model spans 6 pillars and there is a goal to align the business to finance perspective and think about servicing customers in a connected way. Looking for PM to drive connection across all pillars with a focus on resource planning • Participate in meetings with stakeholders to define/ revise projects and programs and develop budgets • Monitor project execution to ensure that key milestones and financial parameters are met and that programs are delivered effectively to achieve the overall goals. Update program plans, priorities, timelines, costs and workstream sequencing with an awareness of interdependencies with other programs • Analyze and evaluate project interdependencies and their impacts to the program • Ability to engage in difficult conversations that result in actionable outcomes to move and deliver within deadlines. Ability to set expectations and hold individuals and teams accountable to their commitments based on timelines and/or schedules • Evaluate and assess the programs' strengths and weaknesses What You'll Bring • 5+ years in complex project management, analysis skills, ability to problem solve • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • Prior Microsoft Experience required • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements • Experience with large scale financial planning and reporting tools • Strong communication skills, ability to effectively tailor communication to a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders About Us Slalom is a purpose-led, global business and technology consulting company. Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base pay range is $60/hour to $70/hour. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
