The Program/Scrum Manager position oversees the fulfilment of larger organizational goals. What You'll Do • Perform core program and project management duties • Scrum delivery leadership for Product Intelligence team • Facilitation of team ceremonies and scrum processes including sprint planning, Quarterly planning, retrospectives & demos • Prioritization of product analytics requests across VAS product teams • Risk management and status reporting for the team • Airtable and Confluence configuration management for the Product Intelligence team What You'll Bring • 5+ years in complex program management • Experience running Scrum Teams • Scrum Certification • Experience working with Airtable, Confluence preferred • Strong risk management, status reporting • Experience working with engineering/technical teams o Preferred experience working with data science teams About Us Slalom is a purpose-led, global business and technology consulting company.
